How did DA Right Avenue came about?

During Desmond & Aloysius's course of work, they discovered that most of the Real Estate investors & home owners are being misguided as their information are based on hearsays. They do understand that in current times, there are too many information available online. Sometimes, it becomes an issue as there is never a one size fit all solution in real estate. People tend to get confused when too many opinions are form.

Being property investors themselves, they are able to provide sound advice to their investing clients as they always strive to be on the market forefront to be equipped with the latest & relevant knowledge. They understood the importance of how we manage our assets, in particular properties as it would be the biggest ticket item for most families. So they have decided to set up DA Right Avenue where they will run through every individual’s financial assessment & requirements before providing a personalized consultation to help home owners move in DA Right Avenue.

Desmond and Aloysius founded DA Right Avenue to provide their clients the best possible experience and service. The duo have more than 10 years of experience and started out in the private residential segment.

Both of them chanced upon a real estate investment sharing from a group of friends and realized that it is the safest yet 1 of the most rewarding investment option. As they came from really humble beginnings, they discovered that real estate investment is where even the average income could start building their wealth prudently.
